Yes! Once your car is parked, you will have the option to extend the reservation. The extension will depend on the availability set by the owner and/or any other existing reservations scheduled after your exit time.

For every reservation, Parking Cloud considers a grace period to protect the driver in case of delays. However, after this period, a strict penalty will be applied, directly charged to your registered card/account, proportional to the delay in exiting the parking spot.

We accept payments through Stripe, including credit and debit cards.

If you cause damage to the host’s property, they can seek compensation from you and your RCA insurance, similar to how it works for accidental road damages. Your responsibility will be managed by your insurance, which may cover any compensation based on the terms and conditions of your insurance policy.

Parking Cloud only takes a small commission for each booking, which is already included in the parking fee. This means that all the money you earn, minus the commission, goes directly into your pocket.

Earnings can vary depending on the location and demand for your parking space. According to our estimates, you can earn up to €500 per month by renting out your parking spot on Parking Cloud.

Earnings from renting out your parking spot on Parking Cloud may be subject to taxes. Parking Cloud does not manage taxes on behalf of Hosts, so make sure to comply with local tax regulations.

All guests registered with Parking Cloud are verified through document and selfie verification by our team, ensuring that they are always reliable users.
For added protection, we recommend purchasing private insurance. In the future, Parking Cloud will offer the option to get insured directly through the app at favorable conditions.
