Yes, installing and signing up for our app is completely free, both for Guests (drivers) and for Hosts (garage owners). Parking Cloud only takes a small “rental fee,” which is already included in the parking payment.

Absolutely! By signing up for free on Parking Cloud, you can choose to become a Host and earn money by renting out a parking space, garage, or parking spot. By renting your parking space on Parking Cloud, you can earn up to €500/month.

Check-ins will be managed directly through the app in an automated way. Initially, a locker will be available, allowing drivers to find the remote or keys to the box. Later, automation will be introduced, enabling the garage door or parking spot gate to be opened with a simple button directly from the app. For those who prefer to handle check-ins in person, this can be set as a direct contact through the app.
